NEHE Auctions Seller Auction Agreement

Version v1 · Effective Sep 6, 2026, 1:55 AM UTC

This document is pending final attorney review and is not final legal language. It is published here so the platform flow can be tested before launch.

PENDING ATTORNEY REVIEW — NOT FINAL LEGAL LANGUAGE 1. Ownership. You represent that you own the equipment or are authorized to sell it, and that you can transfer clear title. 2. Accuracy. You must disclose known damage, mechanical problems and title issues. Photographs must depict the actual equipment being sold. 3. Auction type. Your lot runs as a seller-approval, reserve or absolute auction as selected and approved by NEHE. Absolute lots sell to the highest bidder with no reserve. 4. Buy It Now. If a Buy It Now price is approved, a purchase at that price before the cutoff completes the sale without a further decision from you. 5. Fees. Listing fees and seller commission are as configured by NEHE at the time of listing. 6. Payment. The buyer pays you directly for the equipment by wire transfer or certified funds. You must confirm cleared funds before release. 7. Release. Equipment may only be released once NEHE marks the lot ready for release.
