PENDING ATTORNEY REVIEW — NOT FINAL LEGAL LANGUAGE
1. Registration. You must register and provide accurate information before bidding.
2. Bids are binding. Every bid you place is a binding offer to purchase the lot at that price plus the buyer premium.
3. Buyer premium. A buyer premium (currently 6%) is added to the winning bid and is payable to New England Heavy Equipment LLC.
4. Equipment payment. The equipment price itself is paid directly to the seller by wire transfer or certified funds.
5. As-is, where-is. All equipment is sold as-is, where-is with no warranty of any kind. Inspect before you bid.
6. Proxy bidding. Your maximum bid is confidential and is never disclosed to the seller, other bidders or the public.
7. Pickup and removal. Equipment may only be removed after NEHE issues an Equipment Release. An invoice is not authorization to remove equipment.
8. Conduct. Bid manipulation, non-payment and misuse of the platform may result in suspension.
